Q: How can I find a specific product?

A: To find a specific item in the Higher level Store, you may use the Search Bar located on the top of the page underneath the Directory of collections. You may also click one of the collection names to see items specific to that collection. Alternatively, you can use filter and sorting options on any of our product pages.

Q: How do I check out?

A: The Higher Level Store uses PayPal for all transactions. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to purchase from our store. When asked to log in through PayPal, you may continue as a guest by clicking on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". We accept all major credit cards.

Q: How do I empty my cart?

A: To empty your cart, click the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. Once on the cart page, you may remove any unwanted items by clicking the X located next to the item you would like to remove.

Q: How can I see a bigger image of the product I'm looking at?

A: If you are having difficulty reading text or making out the designs on one of our products, find that product in the shop, and click on it. Once on the item page for your product, you will be able to see different color options, and a bigger version of the design by clicking on the circles below the product image.
